The brief:
Create a team building event in Costa Navarino for 450pax. Aim to a horizontal structure that will help the team work towards a common goal.

The Script:
During a motivational speech in the basketball stadium of Navarino Dunes, Costa Navarino from a representative of HM Coastguard about the challenges and hazards of the operation in the Atlantic, an alarm siren starts. Our Operations Director comes with a crucial announcement, the M/Y Hellas is sinking just outside the resort, castaways have been reported, we have to act quickly.
The VHFs are shared among the leaders of the 9 preset groups. Our centre of operations begins transmission of information and the teams start gathering equipment and setting up the plan in order for the rescue operation to take place. Vehicles are fixed with the supervision of our engineers, kayaks and paddles are transported from the warehouses with the help of the resort’s golf carts, a lifeguard tower is being built from raw wood with the help of our carpenter and so on…
Finally the teams are met at the beachfront where the spotters locate the castaways and the action teams are sent to the rescue.
